  1. Contact us and describe your needs shortly;
  2. We will set up a call in order to get acquainted and discuss things further;
  3. Then we will fix terms & conditions of our cooperation;
  4. The MobiTalents’ team will do an employee search campaign which includes sourcing and interviewing potential candidates:
  5. We will send you resumes of relevant candidates + our comments on them;
  6. You chose those ones which are interesting for you;
  7. Then candidates go through your selection process (we can assist you in covering all needed recruitment routines);
  8. You select a perfect candidate and make a job offer;
  9. The candidate accepts the job offer and starts to be your employee. We can assist you in relocating him/her or hiring remotely;
  10. You pay a recruitment fee to MobiTalents only after all the job is done and an employee has started to work for your company (let’s discuss the actual timing and the consequence of payments during our introductory or further calls);
  11. Everyone is happy 🙂

Recruitment Classic

9%
of employee’s annual gross salary

What is included: Candidates sourcing; Interviews with them; Assistance on the whole process of dealing with candidates and relocating them

You get an employee + full recruitment assistance during the whole process of dealing with candidates

Per 2 months posting on our Russian language MobiTalents’ Jobs for Relocation & Remote job board + here on this website.

All job postings will be company branded and will have direct links to your application system (or we can collect application by ourselves and send them to you)

Terms of payment:

We work on a post-pay basis. Usually, there are 2 installments: 50% of the fee after an employee has started to work + 50% after 3 months.

But we are very flexible and ready to discuss those term that fit your company. Contact us and we will set up a call to get acquainted and fix payment terms that fit both sides.
