We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good long-term relationships with our customers. You will be a contact for incoming service and troubleshooting requests, providing our clients with comprehensive support and ensuring they are satisfied with our services. As a good Customer Success Manager, you should be an excellent communicator, act as an expert and customers’ trusted advisor enabling realize the advantages of Affise software to achieve their business objectives.
